What happened is that the translators/editors took the liberty and latitude that when a verse or passage did not make sense to them they added words in to the text that they thought would or should clarify the intent and/or meaning of the original language of the authors: the prophets, priests, disciples, etc. This would imply to me that you may not be familiar with or aware of the history connected to the KJV (AU) version, and once I opened OLB and brought the passage up in the KJV (AU) it confirmed my initial suspicion.
